Shipping Information

At Absurd Panda, every item is made just for you after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and create unique products. Your order supports a small business, not a mega corporation.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time will vary depending on your location and carrier

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (sent to the email used at checkout), so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, especially if using autofill options.

  • Absurd Panda is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
    • Missing apartment/unit numbers
    • Typos or entered at checkout

If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Absurd Panda, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, our return policy is a bit different from traditional retail—but we’ve designed it to be fair, clear, and easy to follow.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or printing issue—we’ll make it right.

  • You are eligible for a free replacement or refund
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • With photo evidence, you may not need to return the item

Important requirement: If you are returning the product because of a quality issue, such as a misprint on a shirt, or a damaged item, a photo of the full product showing the defect will be required. This helps us quickly verify the issue and work to resolve it fast. In many cases, if you provide a photo of the defect, it can eliminate the need for you to go through the hassle of returning the item to us.

Returns & Exchanges (Sizing / Customer Error)

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item:

  • We do not offer refunds for customer ordering errors
  • We do offer an exchange, but:
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Once we receive your return, we will process a replacement for the correct item

Tip: Please double-check sizing charts before ordering to avoid delays and extra costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are made for specifically for you when you order:

  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Incorrect orders (unless defective)

Processing Time

  • Replacement items are processed once:
    • The return is received (for exchanges), or
    • The issue is verified (via photo for defects)
  • Production and shipping times will apply again for replacements

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

Please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The product item name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect (if applicable)
